1. Agreement & Acceptance
1.1 Legally Binding Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or making purchases on supplydrop.be (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "You") and Supply Drop ("Store," "We," "Us," or "Our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Store.
1.2 Eligibility
By using this Store, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You are not prohibited by law or regulation from using this Store
- You are accessing and using the Store for lawful purposes only
- You are purchasing on your own behalf (or have authority to purchase on behalf of another person or legal entity)
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to anyone who violates these conditions.
1.3 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after publication on this page unless otherwise noted. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly.

2.2 Business Purpose
Supply Drop operates an online retail store specialising in historical wargaming miniatures, gaming supplies, and hobby tools. We are a legitimate business registered and operating under Belgian law and EU regulations.
3. Product Information & Descriptions
3.1 Accuracy of Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However, we do not warrant that:
- Product descriptions are error-free or complete
- Images exactly represent colours or materials (due to screen display variations)
- All product variants are in stock at all times
- Prices or availability will not change
If you notice an inaccuracy, please contact us immediately at info@supplydrop.be so we can correct it.
3.2 Product Availability
- Product availability is shown at the time of checkout but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed
- If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or substitute
- Some items may be listed as "Pre-order" or "Made to order" — these have extended delivery timelines noted at checkout
3.3 Third-Party Products
Some products may be sold on behalf of distributors or manufacturers (e.g., Warlord Games, Green Stuff World). We act as an authorised reseller. You purchase from Supply Drop, not directly from the manufacturer. We are responsible for the sale and delivery; manufacturers are not.
4. Orders, Payment & Confirmation
4.1 How to Place an Order
- Browse and Select items you wish to purchase
- Add to Cart and review your selections
- Proceed to Checkout and provide delivery/billing information
- Select Payment Method (see Section 4.3)
- Review Order Summary and click "Place Order"
- Receive Confirmation Email at your registered email address
An order is deemed accepted and binding when you receive our order confirmation email (not when you click "Place Order").
4.2 Order Acceptance & Rejection
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or reject any order in our sole discretion
- Cancel orders that appear fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Terms
- Request additional information (proof of identity, fraud verification) before processing
We are not obligated to accept any order. If we reject your order, we will notify you and refund any payment within 14 days.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods (at checkout):
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank Transfer (SEPA/iDEAL in EU)
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, if available)
Payment Processing:
- Payment is processed immediately upon order submission
- Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers (processed by Shopify)
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment credentials
- You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide
- Payment must be received in full before order processing
4.4 Currency & Pricing
- All prices displayed on the Store are in Euros (€)
- Prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate for your delivery location
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but only confirmed prices at checkout are binding
- Additional taxes or duties may apply for non-EU delivery (not included in our prices)
4.5 Invoice & Receipt
- A tax invoice will be provided in your order confirmation email
- Invoices are issued in compliance with Belgian and EU VAT regulations
- You may also download invoices from your account dashboard
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Partners
We use MyParcel and partner logistics providers to deliver your order. Possible carriers include:
- bPost (Belgium & International)
- PostNL (Netherlands & International)
5.2 Delivery Address & Changes
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address
- Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout; we are not responsible for errors in your address
- If you need to change your address, contact us within 24 hours of order placement; changes after that may not be possible
- For international orders, you are responsible for providing accurate customs information if required
5.3 Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping (EU):
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 3–7 business days (Belgium/Netherlands), 5–10 business days (rest of EU)
- Total: 4–13 business days (not guaranteed)
Express Shipping (if available):
- Faster processing and transit (timeframe at checkout)
Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, etc.)
- Incorrect customer address
5.4 Mandatory Sustainable Delivery Options (Belgium)
Under Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, Article VI.45/2), orders delivered in Belgium must include at least one sustainable delivery option:
- Pickup Point (parcel locker, convenience store)
- Zero-Emission Delivery (cargo bike, e-bike, on-foot)
- Consolidated Delivery (reduced emissions per parcel)
You will select your preferred delivery method at checkout.
5.5 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation or via email
- Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment
- Delivery confirmation requires signature or photo (depending on carrier)
- Parcels left in unsafe locations are delivered at your risk; we are not liable for theft or damage after delivery
5.6 Risk of Loss
In accordance with Article 20 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you — or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) — take physical possession of the goods.
This means that until the moment of delivery to you, we bear the risk if goods are lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit. If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at info@supplydrop.be and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
For business (B2B) customers, different terms may apply — please refer to Section 16.1.

- International shipping to countries outside the EU is not currently available

6. Consumer Rights, Guarantees & Warranties
6.1 Your Legal Rights (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
You have important legal rights that cannot be waived by these Terms, including:
- 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) from distance purchases
- 2-year legal guarantee on goods conformity
- Right to repair or replacement of defective goods
- Protection from misleading information

6.2 Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All goods sold come with a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee from the date of purchase. This means:
- Goods must conform to the contract (match description, be fit for purpose)
- If goods are defective or non-conforming, you can:
- Request free repair
- Request free replacement
- Claim a refund (full or partial)
This applies even if outside the 14-day withdrawal period.
6.3 Commercial Warranties (Optional)
Some products may include manufacturer warranties (e.g., tools, electronics). These are additional to your legal rights:
- Check product descriptions for warranty details
- Manufacturer warranties do not replace, limit, or restrict your legal guarantee
- We will facilitate claims with manufacturers, but are not liable for manufacturer non-compliance
6.4 Limitation of Implied Warranties
Except as required by law, we provide goods "as is" without warranties of:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Availability or performance
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supply Drop is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity
- Damage to your reputation or goodwill
- Any damage resulting from your use or inability to use the Store, products, or services
This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.2 Limitation of Total Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Store is limited to:
- The total amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, or
- €500, whichever is lower
This limitation does not apply to:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or wilful misconduct
- Breach of your legal rights under consumer protection laws
- Liability that cannot be limited by law
7.3 Your Remedy
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with products or services is:
- Return under our Returns & Refund Policy, or
- Claim under our legal guarantee
- File a complaint with consumer authorities (see Section 11)
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content on the Store, including:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, designs
- Product photographs and descriptions
- Videos, animations, code
- Trademarks, trade names, and brand names
...are the exclusive property of Supply Drop, our suppliers, or third-party licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
- Use our trademarks or logos in advertising or marketing
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover our technology
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content
- Create derivative works from our content
Limited Personal Use License: You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.
8.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Some products, images, and content relate to third-party intellectual property (e.g., Games Workshop, Warlord Games):
- We have permission to sell these products
- You may not infringe third-party IP rights in your use of products
- Do not use product images or names in advertising, resale, or commercial ventures without permission
- Third-party rights holders may take action against you for infringement
8.3 User-Generated Content (Reviews, Comments)
If you post reviews, comments, or other content on our Store:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant Supply Drop a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use your content for any purpose (marketing, moderation, publication)
- You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights
- You agree not to post defamatory, offensive, illegal, or harassing content
9. Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions
9.1 You Agree Not To:
- Violate laws or regulations in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction where you access the Store
- Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff, other customers, or third parties
- Post illegal content, including hate speech, harassment, or content that violates intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems (hacking, brute force, SQL injection, etc.)
- Interfere with the Store's operation (denial-of-service attacks, malware, etc.)
- Resell products in violation of resale restrictions (some products are for personal use only)
- Use the Store for commercial scraping or automated data collection
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Engage in any activity we reasonably believe violates these Terms
9.2 Consequences of Violation
We may, at our discretion:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Cancel pending or future orders
- Report you to law enforcement if conduct is illegal
- Pursue legal action to recover damages
- Cooperate with other businesses and authorities in investigating violations
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
10.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Both parties agree that:
- Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be governed by Belgian law
- English language is the official language of these Terms; any translation is for convenience only
- Belgian courts have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to EU consumer protection laws
10.2 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint or dispute:

- Request escalation to our management review (allow 10 additional business days)
- Use out-of-court dispute resolution (see Section 10.3)
- File a formal complaint with consumer authorities (see Section 11)
10.3 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Under EU and Belgian law, we encourage use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to resolve disputes faster and cheaper than court proceedings.

10.4 Arbitration & Litigation
- Arbitration: We do not require arbitration; you may pursue court action if you prefer
- Small Claims: For claims under €5,000, you may use expedited small claims procedures in your local court
- Class Action: You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative actions, except where prohibited by law
10.5 No Waiver of Rights
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits your rights under Belgian or EU consumer protection law, including:
- Your right to pursue claims in court
- Your right to use alternative dispute resolution
- Your right to cancel/withdraw from purchases
- Your legal guarantee rights
- Any mandatory right you cannot waive by contract

Your responsibility: Keep your contact information up to date in your account.

You cannot opt out of transactional emails. You can opt out of marketing emails in your account settings.
13.3 Communication Timeframes

14. Miscellaneous Provisions
14.1 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court:
- That provision is severed
- The remaining Terms remain in full effect
- The invalid provision is reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid
14.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Order Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supply Drop regarding your purchase and use of the Store.
Previous agreements, understandings, or negotiations are superseded and of no effect.
14.3 Assignment & Transfer
- You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent
- We may assign our rights and obligations to our successors, affiliates, or partners without notice
- Any attempted unauthorised assignment by you is void
14.4 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. A waiver of any provision in one instance does not apply to future breaches.
14.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, earthquakes
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Supply chain disruptions
- Carrier strikes or labour disputes
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance or offer alternatives.

15. Compliance & Legal Obligations
15.1 Regulatory Compliance
Supply Drop complies with:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (withdrawal rights, consumer protection)
- Electronic Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC (e-commerce transparency)
- EU Directive 2019/771 (legal guarantee of goods)

15.2 Sanctions for Non-Compliance
Violation of these Terms or applicable law may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Forfeiture of refunds or credits
- Civil liability claims
- Criminal prosecution (for illegal activity)
- Reporting to regulatory authorities
16. Additional Information for Specific Customers
16.1 Business & B2B Customers
If you purchase as a business (not a consumer):
- Consumer protections may not apply (e.g., withdrawal rights, legal guarantees)
- Different terms may apply; contact us for a B2B Agreement
- VAT may be handled differently; provide your VAT number at checkout
- Bulk orders may have custom terms; email us for a quote
16.2 Non-EU Customers
We currently ship only to EU and select EEA countries:
- These Terms apply to all customers
- Non-EU customers may have different consumer protection rights (we recommend verifying locally)
- Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility
- International shipping terms are at checkout

Your Statutory Rights Notice (Important): These Terms do not override your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Belgian law. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, and you have a 2-year legal guarantee on all goods. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits your consumer protection rights.
