How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and carrier. You'll receive a tracking number once your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship to most EU countries via SendCloud. OSS (One-Stop Shop) VAT is automatically calculated at checkout for non-BE/NL orders.

What's your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in original, unopened condition. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Contact us for a return label.
