Shipping Policy

Your rights matter. Under EU and Belgian consumer law, you are entitled to clear and accurate information about delivery before you complete your purchase. This policy explains everything you need to know about how we ship, what you can expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.


1. Where We Ship

Supply Drop currently ships to Belgium and all EU member states, as well as select European Economic Area (EEA) countries.

We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside the EU/EEA. If you are located outside these regions and would like to enquire about future availability, please contact us at info@supplydrop.be.

A full list of countries we ship to is shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time.


2. Shipping Partners & Carriers

We process and dispatch all shipments through MyParcel, a trusted logistics platform. Depending on your delivery address and chosen delivery method, your parcel will be handled by one of the following carriers:

The carrier assigned to your shipment will be confirmed in your dispatch notification email. You can track your parcel directly using the tracking link we provide.


3. Delivery Methods & Options

At checkout, you will be presented with the available delivery options for your address. These include:

3.1 Home Delivery

Your parcel is delivered directly to the address you provide. Depending on the carrier, a signature or photo confirmation may be required upon delivery.

3.2 Pickup Point Delivery

Collect your parcel from a nearby parcel locker, post office, or convenience store. This is often faster and more flexible if you are not home during delivery hours.

3.3 Sustainable Delivery Options (Belgium)

In compliance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Article VI.45/2), all orders delivered within Belgium must include at least one sustainable delivery option at checkout. This may include:

  • Delivery to a pickup point (parcel locker or partner shop)
  • Zero-emission delivery (e.g. cargo bike or e-bike, where available)
  • Consolidated delivery (reduced number of trips, lower emissions per parcel)

We encourage you to choose a sustainable option where possible. The planet thanks you — and so do we.


4. Processing Times

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (e.g. product launches, holiday seasons), processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any extended timeframes on our website and via email.


5. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

We organise our shipping into four zones based on destination. Your zone is determined automatically at checkout.

Zone 3 – Middle Europe Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Zone 4 – North & Islands Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Malta, Portugal

All 27 EU member states are covered across these zones. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at info@supplydrop.be.

Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched (not the date of purchase).

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, customs processing (for EEA countries), or other factors outside our control.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), if no specific delivery date is agreed, we are required to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation. If we are unable to meet this obligation, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your chosen delivery method.

The total shipping cost — including any applicable VAT — will always be clearly displayed before you confirm your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

6.1 Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet the threshold for your shipping zone:

Zone 2 – EU Neighbours Orders of €125 or more
Zone 3 – Middle Europe Orders of €200 or more
Zone 4 – North & Islands Not available

Free shipping applies to standard home delivery and pickup point delivery. Express delivery options are not included in the free shipping offer, regardless of order value.

The applicable threshold for your address will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional free shipping offers, where applicable, will be displayed on our homepage and communicated via email.

6.2 VAT on Shipping

Shipping charges are subject to Belgian VAT at the applicable rate. This is included in the shipping cost shown at checkout — there are no hidden charges.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your parcel in real time
  • The name of the carrier handling your delivery

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account at supplydrop.be and viewing your order history.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@supplydrop.be.


8. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please double-check:

  • Street name, number, and any flat/apartment details
  • Postal code and city
  • Country

Address changes: If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us at info@supplydrop.be within 24 hours. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the carrier.

We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Re-delivery costs in such cases may be charged to you.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g. no one is home and there is no safe place to leave it):

  1. The carrier will typically leave a delivery notification with instructions
  2. You will usually have the option to reschedule delivery, collect from a depot, or redirect to a pickup point
  3. If the parcel is not collected or redelivered within the carrier's holding period (typically 7–14 days), it will be returned to us

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery caused by your absence or an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


10. Risk of Loss & Damaged Parcels

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 20), the risk of loss of or damage to your goods remains with us until you — or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) — take physical possession of the goods.

This means we are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you do not need to file a claim with the carrier yourself — contact us directly and we will resolve the issue.

10.1 Damaged Parcels on Arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible
  2. Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before unpacking further
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@supplydrop.be with your order number and photos

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

10.2 Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check your tracking link and any delivery notifications left by the carrier
  2. Check with neighbours or your building's reception area
  3. Contact us at info@supplydrop.be with your order number

We will open an investigation with the carrier. Lost parcel investigations typically take 5–10 business days. Once confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are not delivered. We take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you.


11. Customs & Import (EEA Non-EU Countries)

For deliveries to EEA countries outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), your parcel may be subject to customs clearance. In such cases:

  • You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your country
  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees
  • Customs processing may add additional days to your delivery estimate
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned to us; reshipping costs may apply

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.


12. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some products on our store are listed as Pre-order or Made to order. These items have extended lead times, which are clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

For pre-order items:

  • Your order is confirmed and payment is taken at the time of purchase
  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided at checkout but may be subject to change
  • We will notify you by email of any significant delays
  • You have the right to cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier strikes or labour disputes
  • Government restrictions or border closures
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Supply chain disruptions

In such cases, we will communicate proactively and offer alternatives where possible, including order cancellation and full refund if delivery cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.


14. Your Rights Under EU & Belgian Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or replaces your statutory rights as a consumer.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have the right to:

  • Receive clear, pre-contractual information about delivery costs and timelines
  • Cancel your order for a full refund if goods are not delivered within 30 days (or any other agreed deadline)
  • Receive a remedy (replacement or refund) if goods are lost or arrive damaged
  • Exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods
